Welcome! I am Scott Davis. I have been your local State Farm agent since 2002. I have offices in both Sparta and West Salem, and happily serve all surrounding communities. My office offers Personal Insurance such as Auto, Home, & Life Insurance, as well as Business and Farm Insurance. If you are moving to my area, I will gladly help you transfer. I also offer Notary service. I enjoy being a part of the community. In my free time, I enjoy hunting, fishing, spending time with my wife and sons, and getting together with family.
